Building upon this foundation, it methodically identifies key challenges within the current system and their underlying causes. Aligned with China’s sports development imperatives and emerging trends, the study proposes theoretical and operational recommendations for reforming the sports project management system, encompassing overarching principles, implementation pathways, and concrete measures.
