VOS Foundation is an international professional organization headquartered in Hong Kong, China, committed to empowering human development through sports value innovation.

Our mission and vision are for a good health and a happy life, enable every individual and organization to become co-creators, providers, consumers, and advocates of sports value.

Founder Mr. Wang Bing, as a leader of China’s top private sports think tank, has led an international composite research team to provide policy development, strategic planning, decision-making consulting, guidance and evaluation services related to sports and sports integration and development for international organizations, Chinese governments at all levels, social organizations, enterprises, etc., and led the establishment of a cross-disciplinary, multi-level, international, high-quality resource platform to provide strong support for the mutual benefit and collaborative development of countries, regions, cities, organizations, enterprises and individuals.

We are committed to uniting international organizations, frontrunner enterprises, civil society, and global thought leaders – drawing nourishment from the fertile soil of China’s outstanding traditional culture and championing the harmonious coexistence and mutual appreciation of diverse civilizations. We will establish the Global Forum for Co-Creating Sports Value, an inclusive platform for high-level dialogue dedicated to:

We will established transnational project taskforces and innovation networks to advance theoretical research and practical application of sports value. This infrastructure catalyzes the development, cooperation, and exchange of cross-sector initiatives spanning cultural, commercial, industrial, and humanitarian domains. Through evidence-based Global Sporting Value Index rankings and high-impact activities including partnership convenings and recognition ceremonies, we facilitate the preservation, appreciation, creation, realization, and equitable access of sporting value across all scales of engagement – from individuals to nations – fostering reciprocal recognition, collaborative engagement, shared accomplishment, and collective benefit-sharing within a global community of sporting practice.
