TAFISA designated Mr. WANG Bing and his team as the sole authorized entity for Global Active Cities in the Asia-Pacific region, responsible for formulating the Global Active Cities Asian standard .

Under the principle of “extensive consultation, joint contribution, shared benefit”, an International Experts Committee had established. This initiative aims to uniting elites dedicated to human physical and mental well-being—from mayors and renowned university presidents to hospital directors, sports organization leaders, scholars, health industry executives, as well as prominent figures in culture, education, tourism, and insurance sectors. This collaborative body synergizes standard development through mutual consultation, reciprocal support, and shared expertise and outcomes.

The Committee comprises a Core Group and a Support Group, the latter consisting of Expert Groups from Asian countries and regions alongside Groups of Experts from Europe and America.
